If we are unable to register the business on voice search,  we will issue a refund. However, if you are registered and searchable on  voice search devices, our job is to be considered complete, and no  refund will be issued.  Once your business is Voice Search Ready, your  listing will be eligible to be recommended in the search results. SBG  does not have control over ranking results or individuals who may  contact you as a result of voice searches. You may cancel these services  at any time.
